work for foster and adoptive families
The body therapeutic bonding work helps to create corrective, new bonding experiences with the foster/adoptive parents so that the children can connect with them and find peace.
Pain, grief and anger about the traumatic experiences can be expressed in contact and in the safe support of the "new" parents and thus lead to healing. This allows the children to experience a reliability and connection that they have not had before.
Love can grow in safety.
A look through the systemic constellation work enables the foster/adoptive parents to see visually how the children are connected in their family of origin and what the current family should pay attention to so that the child does not feel torn apart by the two family systems that are now affecting the child.
This allows the child to keep the good things from their family of origin in their heart and say goodbye to the difficult things.
