I've had an issue with my weight since I became an adult.

It always went up and down and in these waves tended to go up. :-(

The odyssey began three years ago. A doctor diagnosed bilateral hip dysplasia caused by drilling. My right hip had given up and was causing a lot of pain. It had to be replaced. Until then, I had been shifting my weight onto my left leg, which resulted in me developing arthritis in an old fracture... the incorrect loading then led to a heel spur on the other foot... one problem after another.

At the end of 2020, the doctor told me that my foot would have to be operated on and that I would then have to walk on crutches for three months. A nightmare! My 117 kg on the heel spur foot....

So my plan was to lose as much weight as possible, as quickly as possible, before this surgery.
I had heard great things about a metabolic cure from a friend and, with a few motivated friends, started the colon cleansing and metabolic cure on January 2nd, 2021. I'm getting ahead of myself... In half a year I lost 38kg. And it went really well.

After two weeks my heel spur was gone. It didn't come back. I could hardly believe it. My girlfriend didn't have tennis elbow after two weeks either. A friend said goodbye to her decades-long migraines. Skin diseases disappeared, dogs and cats that were sick got better again and and and and and.....

My doctor did a full blood count in mid-March and told me she had never seen anything like it. My values had dropped by 15 years. I should stop taking my blood pressure tablets. My high blood pressure is gone and I'm back at 120/60.

Mentally, I feel like I've been reborn. I don't know when I last felt this good.

My life has absolutely changed. I am very grateful for that.
