The pressure of education is very high and in our society very outward-directed.
It's a lot about what my child can already do, what he or she must be able to do and what else can we do so that he or she can at least keep up with the others.
This is one reason why it has become so difficult to perceive children and their basic needs.
This is where a deficiency occurs; despite our best efforts, important things often fall by the wayside.
Children show us this in their behavior.
At the parents' evening, we will take a resource-oriented look at how we can manage the balancing act between work, household and raising children.
What is important for families is that love can flow again and everyone in the family feels seen and accepted.
In this way, the children can then calm down in their behavior with the healthy security of their parents behind them.

The systemic orders help to better understand and make visible many problems that arise in families, groups and other structures.
When everyone in a family has found their place, the family functions well. The birth of children, separations, unstable parents, disrespect and much more disrupt these family structures. Insecurity spreads.
