Emotional Body Therapy (individual sessions)


We perceive everything we experience through our head and our body. It is stored and remembered on both levels. I affectionately call the place where the body stores these things "Pandora's box". We have learned that it helps to talk about the things we have experienced, to classify and sort them for ourselves. At some point we have classified everything in our heads, and yet we react intensely to triggers in our bodies. Heavy feelings arise, such as fear, tiredness, anger. Then we often ask ourselves what else we can do for ourselves to make life less stressful and to feel free. My solution is to relieve these things through the body. I work with a very efficient body-based method that is no longer about the individual stories, but only about a purely physical reaction.

In individual work with adults, it is about opening this box in a safe environment and gradually cleaning it out. Because if the box is full, you spend your life keeping it shut. You do this automatically so that you can function. However, this takes away the energy you need to live freely. If the box is clean, you have more energy for your everyday life and the stories you have experienced no longer cause reactions or fears in your everyday life.

Holotropic Breathwork (Group)


Often our lives become too stressful, and for a variety of reasons. Then we all need to take more time to breathe deeply. Taking time for ourselves is important mental hygiene. That's exactly what you can do here!

Spend an evening in the lovely company of a group and with delicious tea. Here you get the opportunity to take care of yourself, nourish your body and release the stored emotions. Holotropic breathing, also called Quantum Light Breath, comes from transpersonal psychotherapy.

With the help of professional meditation and under trained guidance, you supply your body with plenty of oxygen. This often brings out old, repressed feelings. In this safe environment, you will be therapeutically guided through this process. Your inner process thus takes a step forward.

Afterwards, you have the opportunity to draw and creatively design your experiences or to reflect on your feelings with others.

Processes for processing one's own birth


Birth is an extreme event for each of us – exhausting and often traumatic for mother and child.

In the mother's womb, the baby is in a paradisiacal state, only to then, once it is born, pass into a state of lack.

Often, what we felt at the time and were unable to process cognitively is our first trauma. The way we are brought into life influences how we go through it.

Over 30% of early pregnancies begin with twins. Often, however, only one child is born, which often brings with it a feeling of profound loneliness. The events in this phase of life leave a lasting impression on us.

In my practice you have the opportunity to work through your own birth in order to have a corrective and healing new experience.
